Our Guarantee:
At Pythonhuntress.com, your purchase is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, be it damage, defect or otherwise, we will happily accept a return.
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is returned in its original condition*.
*The product(s) must be unworn/unused – in its original packaging still in the same brand new condition as when the item was originally received.
Returns that meet our return requirements are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return package.
Python Huntress reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks. To request a return or exchange, simply email us at info@pythonhuntress.com.
Damaged & Defective Items
We take damaged items very seriously. Please contact our customer service team right away so that we can expedite your return. Providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team (info@pythonhuntress.com) will help to get your issue solved right away. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund, or account credit) can be taken as soon as the issue has been verified. If the damage or defect cannot be verified, the item must be returned to Pythonhuntress.com for inspection. Once it arrives at our returns department, a determination can be made.
If your box and products arrive in a damaged condition, you must save the merchandise and the original packaging it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Products that are made of exotic skins are more sensitive to the elements including UV light, heat, humidity, liquids and oils. Expect your product to change in color over time. That is completely normal and adds to the uniqueness of your one of a kind product.
